Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: April 2025

1) Agreement to terms

By accessing the Site or using any Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update Terms at any time; continued use means acceptance.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide.

3) Nature of services (no medical or legal advice)

Our Services provide education, coaching, mentorship, and community. We are not providing medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent conditions. Always consult qualified professionals where appropriate. You accept full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.

4) Programs & events

Cohorts & coaching. Program details (format, duration, pricing) are described on their respective pages. We may adjust content, curriculum, or facilitators as needed.

Immersions/retreats. Some offerings involve physical or emotional activities (e.g., breathwork, sweat lodge). Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for assessing your fitness to participate and for consulting your healthcare provider as needed. We may require a release/waiver and/or emergency contact info. We may refuse or remove participation to protect safety or alignment.

5) Payments, refunds & guarantees

Payments. You authorize us (and our processors, e.g., Stripe) to charge your chosen method for all fees, taxes, and any agreed plans. You agree to pay all amounts when due.

Refunds. Unless otherwise stated for a specific offer, fees are non-refundable.

The Reclamation Sliding Scale. The Reclamation uses a sliding-scale price structure and limited scholarships; see program page for current options and refund terms.

Chargebacks. You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve any issues in good faith.

6) Scheduling & cancellations

For 1:1 sessions, please provide at least 24–48 hours notice to reschedule (exact window stated on booking page). Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee. Group schedules are set by the program calendar; replays may be provided when available, but attendance is your responsibility.

7) Community conduct

We maintain high-integrity, confidential spaces. You agree to:

  • Respect confidentiality of participants (we cannot guarantee other participants do the same).

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive conduct.

  • Follow facilitator guidance and community guidelines.

We may remove anyone who violates these terms without refund.

8) Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within Services—text, graphics, videos, curriculum, frameworks (including Life is ART: Acknowledge, Reframe, Transmute), and other materials—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9) Your content & testimonials

If you submit content (e.g., comments, feedback, testimonials, photos), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and service improvement, subject to your privacy rights and any specific consents. You represent you have rights to any content you provide.

10) Recordings, photos, and confidentiality

Some sessions or events may be recorded for participants or internal training, with notice and/or consent. We aim to foster confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee other participants’ behavior. Please share with discernment.

11) Third-party services & links

We use third-party tools (e.g., scheduling, video, payments). Their terms and policies govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.

12) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RESULTS VARY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICES AND OUTCOMES.

13) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 6 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in [County, State/Country] for any permitted court action.

(Optional: add an arbitration clause if you plan to use one; get legal advice.)

16) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms; the Effective Date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated reasonably (e.g., via Site notice or email).

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to others or to the integrity of the programs. Upon termination, your license to use materials ends, except where explicitly granted otherwise.
